Returns
At Imaginative Impulses, your satisfaction matters to us! If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
- Be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
- Include proof of purchase or your order confirmation email.
⚠️ Please note: Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Custom or personalized items
- Made-to-order or handmade creations
- Clearance or final sale items
- Digital or downloadable products such as gift cards

Refunds / Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approval of refunds or store credits is determined at our discretion.
Refunds are typically issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card or discount code, unless otherwise decided by Imaginative Impulses.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet our return policy requirements.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (for example, a different size, color, or variation), please contact us within the 14-day return window. Exchanges depend on product availability.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at imaginativeimpulsessg@gmail.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review your claim and may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
