Order Processing Time

All items at Imaginative Impulses are made to order. Because each piece is created with care, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays in material availability, processing times may be extended slightly. Should that happen, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the item size and destination.
Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped are:

Standard Shipping: 3 – 5 business days

Priority Shipping (if selected): 2 – 3 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and destination.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly marked on qualifying products or orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, we cannot guarantee delivery.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Imaginative Impulses is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is delayed, missing, or shows as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly and provide your tracking number. We’ll do our best to help you open a claim if needed.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that period, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order once production has begun.
