19. Gift Card Terms

The following terms apply to all gift cards issued by Imaginative Impulses:

• Gift cards are issued in digital or physical form and may be redeemed exclusively on our website for eligible products or services.
• Gift cards are activated upon purchase or issuance, and redemption of gift card value is the sole responsibility of the holder.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
• Gift cards do not expire for at least five (5) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with applicable laws.
• If a gift card remains unused for an extended period, it may be subject to state unclaimed property (escheatment) laws, including those of the State of Texas.
• Imaginative Impulses is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Please treat gift cards like cash.
• Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen unless proof of purchase and sufficient verification are provided.
• Any remaining balance after a purchase will remain on the gift card for future use until depleted.
• Gift cards may not be resold, transferred for value, or used for unauthorized promotional purposes without our written consent.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards or transactions if fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms is suspected.
• Imaginative Impulses is not responsible for gift card balances accessed or used due to improperly secured, damaged, or revealed codes after delivery.
• Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards unless otherwise permitted by us.
